POLYURETHANE FOAM INSULATED
CURTAIN : It is Pre-painted GI Profile insulated with Polyurethane Foam.
PROFILE SIZE : Height-95mm, Depth-22mm, Pre-painted Sheet Thickness-0.5mm.
BOTTOM PLATE : Aluminum extruded double wall with rubber gasket.\
BRACKET PLATE : M.S sheet thickness ranges from 3mm to 10mm & size of bracket plate depends upon the height/weight of rolling shutter.
ROLLING DRUM : Fabricated using mild steel tube with the outer diameter and thickness appropriate for the size and application of the rolling shutter.
DOOR LOCKING : Shoot bolts are fitted internally to accept padlock for chain operated steel roller shutter only.
HOODS FASCIAS : These are available as optional accessories to suit the application. Hoods are manufactured in house at Gurdeep Rolling shutter Pvt. Ltd. DKM 0.9 galvanized steel sheet.
OPERATION : Chain operated or electrically operated can be provided. Locking is not recommended for electrically operated rolling shutter.
MOTORIZED SYSTEM : We can provide indirect drive motor, geared motor, central motor or tubular motor for operated the shutter.
CONTROL : Push button, key switch or remote control can be provide. Photo cells & Safety edge are optional.
TECHNICAL : Rs 95 per-painted GI profile insulated with polyurethane foam.
SIDE GUIDES : Made of MS sheet 2.5mm to 3mm. Brush seal can be provided optionally.
