HEAVY COMMERCIAL ROLLING SHUTTER

CURTAIN : Constructed using 115*0.9mm/115*1.20mm Galvanized sheet.

BOTTOM PLATE : Aluminum extruded with rubber gasket or MS sheet 3mm mounted with 35x35x5mm angle iron having both side locking system.

BRACKET PLATE : M.S sheet thickness ranges from 3mm to 10mm & size of bracket plate depends upon the height/weight of rolling shutter.

ROLLER DRUM : Fabricated using ild steel tube with the outer diameter and thickness appropriate for the size and application of the rolling shutter.

DOOR LOCKING : Shoot bolts are fitted internally to accept padlock for manually operated steel roller shutter only.

HOODS FASCIAS : These are available as optional accessory to suit the application. Hoods are manufactured in house at Gurdeep Rolling shutter Pvt. Ltd. DKM from 0.9mm galvanized steel sheet.

OPERATION : Manually or electrically operated. Locking is not recommended for electrically operated rolling shutter.

SIDE GUIDES : MS side guides are supplied with brush seal inserted inside on both the walls of channel optionally.
