GI ROLLING SHUTTER

CURTAIN : Galvanized/Cold Rolled Steel 0.9mm/1.25mm.

SIDE CHANNEL : M.S. Sheet 2.5mm/3.mm (3” or 4” depth)

BRACKET PLATE : M.S Sheet thickness ranges from 3mm to 10mm & size of bracket plate depends upon the height/weight of rolling shutter.

LOCK PLATE : M.S. Sheet 3mm mounted with 35x35x5mm, M.S. Angle.

HOOD COVER : Galvanized Sheet/Cold Rolled sheet 0.9mm to 1.20mm.

MECHANICAL DEVICE : For Rolling Shutter having area above 120 sq. ft. it is necessary to provide mechanical device for operating the shutter manually using gear box handle.

MOTORIZED SYSTEM : We can provide indirect drive motor, geared motor, central motor or tubular motor for operating the shutter. 

CONTROL : Push button, key switch or remote control can be provided. Photo cells & safety edge are optional.
