POLYCARBONATE ROLLING SHUTTER

CURTAIN : Polycarbonate Rolling Shutter is of a special design with reinforced steel rods between the panels. The design and material make polycarbonate shutter extremely strong and resistant to forced entry.

BOTTOM PLATE : Aluminum extruded with rubber gasket.

BRACKET PLATE : M.S sheet thickness ranges from 3mm to 10mm & size of bracket plate depends upon the height/weight of rolling shutter.

ROLLER DRUM : Fabricated using mild steel tube with the outer diameter and thickness appropriate for the size and application of the rolling shutter.

DOOR LOCKING : Shoot bolts are fitted internally to accept padlock for chain operated steel roller shutter only.

HOODS FASCIAS : These are available as optional accessories to suit the application. Hoods are manufactured in house at Gurdeep Rolling Shutter Pvt. Ltd. DKM from 0.9mm galvanized steel sheet.

OPERATION : Manually or electrically operated. Locking is not recommended for electrically operated rolling shutter.

SIDE GUIDES : MS side guides are supplied with bush seal inserted inside on both the walls of channel optionally.
